Lyle was born in London, England and moved to Australia when he was 3. He graduated school in the top 6% of his grade and would have ranked higher had he not skipped so many classes (yes, he still think it's funny, even now). Lyle then completed a Journalism degree where he developed a penchant for new media. Lyle has about 50 different hobbies and explores each with a burning passion that never seems to be satisfied, but is most engaged by producing trailers and promos that present something in new and compelling ways.  Lyle is an avid swimmer, a Scorpio, a natural born smart ass, and enjoys talking about himself in the third person.

Lyle possess commercial experience and knowledge of Final Cut Pro, his favourite editing platform, and holds good awareness with Avid and After Effects to produce polished work from concept to delivery. Lyle's has a discerning eye to make something look good.  He has a special enthusiasm for conceptual design but also enjoys the fastidiousness of production.

Lyle's main focus is trailers and promos but is well suited to many aspects of design including: Creative editing; Sound & music editing; Scripting & copywriting; HTML & CSS (website design & development) ; DVD production (DVD Studio Pro); Co-ordinating cross-platform content; Advanced Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator.
